Ok, now let’s begin what this post is about. It’s all about greetings. Ok so what is a greeting? It’s a polite word or sign of welcome or recognition, or it could be the action of giving a sign of welcome. The last one is a formal expression of goodwill, said on meeting or in a written message. Ok know we know what it is, now we can figure out what it does and how to use it. What does it do? A greeting, or salutation, can also be expressed in written communications, such as letters and emails. Some epochs and cultures have had very elaborate greeting rituals, e.g. greeting a sovereign. Now before we can carry on we have to understand what epochs and sovereign mean. Well epochs means a particular period of time in history or a person’s life, and sovereign means a supreme ruler, especially a monarch. So now we understand what they mean let’s get on to How to use it? If your talking about speaking greetings Good morning, Good afternoon, or Good evening. These are formal ways of saying “hello”, which change depending on the time of day. Keep in mind that “good night” is only used to say “good bye”, so if you meet someone late in the day, remember to greet them with “good evening”, rather than “good night”. But if it’s a letter then it’s informal styles of greeting are fine for casual emails to friends or even for more formal emails you might send out to groups of people, in a professional letter you’ll need to use a personal salutation, one with either a first and/or last name (“Dear Mr. Doe”) or a job title (“Dear Hiring Manager”). There you go.

Hi, a quick follow up. 1. I’m not quite sure I replied to your comment but if I have sorry. 2. You said the following “but I don’t know if I see all of them middle to heart.” Could you expand on that comment and how could I make all of them “middle to heart”, if you could reply that would be
amazing.
Kind Regards
