When Will I Love Exercise?

Hi. So I have done a bit on this but only touched the topic. The blogs I have done it in is https://justablog.family.blog/2019/06/17/fun-things-to-do/ and https://justablog.family.blog/2019/06/25/well-being-exercise-and-eating/. Feel free to check them out. Now let’s start with the matter in hand.

Now this question applies to a certain group and age. Now some people love sport and would happily do it all day every day. But the other group of people DON’T like it, I mean they will complain how they hate it all games sessions. But here we get into the age group.

Now if you’re a teenager now or becoming one, and if you were one of those people who DID NOT like sports in anyway. Then well wait for the hormones to kick in and then you might start to LOVE sport. This happened to me by the way. This one has been short and sweet. Just like me.

Well being, Exercise and Eating

This blog is about :

Well being
Exercise
Eating

We are starting with well being:

So well being it’s good for you and here’s a list of Must’s

Being mentally fit (a hobby that you enjoy to do )
Having a purpose
Recognising your strengths
Being Physically fit (go for a run)
Forming strong relationships
Living in a sustainable environment

Now satisfaction is key to well being if you’re not satisfied then you’ll feel down, so you do these 3 things

Be physically satisfied (go for a long run)
Be mentally fit (do something that you enjoy)
Do something in work or school that you had been dreading (such as prep or a report)

We all feel stressed somethings and here’s some ways to cope with it:

Try not to leave things last minute
Eat healthy and avoid caffeine or too much sugar
Have enough exercise and sleep
Take your mind of things with an activity that you enjoy
Positive thinking – Believe in yourself
Try not to compare
Don’t try to be perfect
Congratulate yourself on the things you did right know matter how small, learn from the areas
Talk to someone

Finally the key to all well being is… Sleep. Now here are some ways to get to sleep easier.

  1. Lower the Room Temperature.
  2. Use the “4-7-8” Breathing Method.
  3. Get on a Schedule.
  4. Experience both daylight and darkness.
  5. Practice Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness.
  6. Do Not Look at Your Clock.
  7. Avoid Naps During the Day.
  8. Watch What and When You Eat.
  9. Don’t look at bright lights
  10. Avoid Screens (Yes, I know obvious)

Now what we know need to learn is what is “4-7-8” breathing is. It is breathe in quietly through the nose for 4 seconds. hold the breath for a count of 7 seconds. Exhale forcefully through the mouth, pursing the lips and making a “whoosh” sound, for 8 seconds.

Now that we know that we can move onto exercise.

Now why is exercise good for you. Well it can help you fight depression if you have it but if not then it helps you clear your mind. Let’s say you had a tough day at school or at work or have a difficult dissension at work the exercise is what you need (this sounds like one of theses DO EXERCISE posters but it’s not this is a blog. My blog. (Drop the mic)

Anyway we are getting off topic in short do exercise to help your mental and physical well being. Exercise helps you with your mental and physical well being and also improves your endurance. So all in all do exercise but then again this isn’t one of theses posters when you go oh yes i’ll so do that and then you just sit down and eat cake. This is my blog. (first i need to pick up the mic now) (MIC DROP) (oh snap) ok now for the last topic it’s Eating. Now what is eating. Eating is ‘the putting of food in you mouth then chew and swallow’. But were talking about a diet kind of eating now what is a diet. It is a special course of food to which a person restricts themselves, either to lose weight or for medical reasons. Now if your a child then this isn’t a very good idea because

  1. Children give into temptation (i.e. ME)
  2. It’s not ideal for a GROWING child to stop the ‘the putting of food in you mouth then chew and swallow‘.
  3. If your a teenager or dealing with hormones then DEFINITELY not a good idea, Why i hear you ask. Well it’s because you need that energy and growing power more than any age and it will make you a bit more cranky depended what your restricting yourself to. Now in short for kids bad idea (unless for a medical reason) but for adults go for your life. Now for adults or a child with a medical reason here are some basic rules you need to follow. 1. Stay true to your diet plan. 2. Resit temptation, a good exercise if your really bored is to put the temptations in front of you and stare at them and tell yourself that you hate them. Now the last one before the blog comes to a end. Oh no don’t cry theirs more post you can check out. Back to the matter at hand. 3. Reward yourself so at the end of your diet plan. Treat yourself but not by the thing/s you’ve been avoiding the entire diet try maybe buying a tiny present. Now goodbye. (Quick side note it’s about exercise if you’ve been doing exercise all day every day and you wake up so so tried then you need a day rest. It’s normally on the 4th day of non-stop exercise also rest if you have a injury)

Greetings

What does that word mean well it is a form of greeting and the definition for google is

exclamation

1.used as a greeting or to begin a telephone conversation.”hello there, Katie!”

noun

1.an utterance of ‘hello’; a greeting.”she was getting polite nods and hellos from people”

verb

1.say or shout ‘hello’.”I pressed the phone button and hello-ed”

Ok, now let’s begin what this post is about. It’s all about greetings. Ok so what is a greeting? It’s a polite word or sign of welcome or recognition, or it could be the action of giving a sign of welcome. The last one is a formal expression of goodwill, said on meeting or in a written message. Ok know we know what it is, now we can figure out what it does and how to use it. What does it do? A greeting, or salutation, can also be expressed in written communications, such as letters and emails. Some epochs and cultures have had very elaborate greeting rituals, e.g. greeting a sovereign. Now before we can carry on we have to understand what epochs and sovereign mean. Well epochs means a particular period of time in history or a person’s life, and sovereign means a supreme ruler, especially a monarch. So now we understand what they mean let’s get on to How to use it? If your talking about speaking greetings Good morning, Good afternoon, or Good evening. These are formal ways of saying “hello”, which change depending on the time of day. Keep in mind that “good night” is only used to say “good bye”, so if you meet someone late in the day, remember to greet them with “good evening”, rather than “good night”. But if it’s a letter then it’s informal styles of greeting are fine for casual emails to friends or even for more formal emails you might send out to groups of people, in a professional letter you’ll need to use a personal salutation, one with either a first and/or last name (“Dear Mr. Doe”) or a job title (“Dear Hiring Manager”). There you go.

Trust Yourself

Hi. So it’s me and i said i would do a blog about this on my first post for those who haven’t seen it it called ‘THE JOURNEY BEGINS‘. Ok so Trust yourself it’s kind of if you do one thing you might not be good at the other thing well… unless your perfect. So if you trust your friends then your not normally good at trusting yourself, and same apply’s to if you trust yourself then you normally don’t trust your friends.

Ok so how do you do it. Well it’s a step process. Ok first you could 1. Be yourself. If you fear how others will look at you or judge you, you might find it difficult to be yourself around other people. Now for number 2. Set reasonable goals. 3. Be kind to yourself. 4. Build on your strengths maybe by facing your fears. Now for the last one 5. Spend time with yourself. Ok now your telling yourself how do i spend time with yourself ok well it’s the same as trusting yourself. You could maybe start with 1. Ease Into Alone Time. 2. Be Your Own Source Of Validation. 3. Get On Board With Those Hobbies. 4. Don’t Check Your Phone. 5. Realise It’s Time To Be Your Truest Self. 6. Go Out On The Town. 7. Use The Time To Your Advantage. 8. Tell Yourself “This Is Good For Me.”

Fun Things To Do

Hello. Did you miss me? Oh of course you did. As you can probably guess from the title. This post is about FUN THINGS TO DO and it might be what i like to do or just what people like in general. Ok. This might not apply to ever one because it definitely didn’t for me but now I’ve started to like it. 1. Exercise. It’s a great way to A. Pass time B. To distract you from exam stress or just stress in general, and C. Well it’s good for your mental health as well as your physical health. D. It helps fight depression but i’ll maybe talk about that in another post. But let’s back to the list 2. Start a project. If your sitting in your house just wasting hours on your phone or computer then get off it (unless if it’s to read this blog then it’s fine) and start something you like let’s say talking, your possibility are endless, you could make a YouTube account and talk about stuff or you could write a blog like this. Or just get yourself involved in something for example listen to something, maybe a Podcast. A good one i have found is called Random Rocket’s Podcast. It’s main focus is on kids but it’s also great for adults and it’s very funny.

The last thing. 3. You could do is try to make something. It could be a game, a book, a piece of art, or make a revision book if your REALLY REALLY dry on ideas.

Exams

So, exams. That’s a hard one. The test and the stress. So in this post i would like to talk about how to cope with the exams stress. Now REVISION is a big word, your teachers keep saying REVISE. But how do you do that well you need to find out which way you learn. It might through listening or reading or even being tactical. After you know what you are that will help you learn. Then i know it’s easy for me to say, but revise. This might help, revision means reread work done previously to improve one’s knowledge of a subject, typically to prepare for an examination.

Anyway i think that raps this post up. It was short and sweet just like me.

Tips

Hi.

So this post i’ll be talking to you about TIPS. Now the way this will work is i will say something you can probably relate to, and i’ll tell you how to either avoid it or stop it or prevent it .

So have you ever had ringing in your ears and then ask other people is they hear it and they say no. Well that’s because you might have tinnitus. Tinnitus is the medical term for a ringing or buzzing noise in the ears. Most people refer to tinnitus as “ringing in the ears.” However, you may hear more than just ringing. If you have tinnitus, you may also hear:

Roaring/Buzzing/Whistling/Hissing Now i bet your wondering why does this happen? Damage to the middle or inner ear is a common cause of Tinnitus. Your middle ear picks up the sound waves and then tells the inner ear to send the electrical impulses to your brain, which then and then only your brain can accepts these signals and translates them into sounds are you able to hear them. Sometimes, your inner ear is damaged, thus altering the way your brain processes sound. So a way you can prevent it is not listing to REALLY LOUD MUSIC WITH YOUR HEADPHONES, and if you get it just take 5-10 mins outside and listen to the wind or the rain or any wildlife. Depends on where you live. (If near busy road or street then try meditation)

Now this may only apply to a few people but here it is anyway. Have you ever felt like nothing is real and everything is a dream but deep down you know that your awake and you can also feel pain. Well it is because you DEHYDRATED. So drink up.

Now something we all know. But do we actually know the science behind it. WHY DO WE SOUND BETTER SINGING IN THE SHOWER THAN ANY WHERE ELSE? Well it is your shower’s acoustics make your voice’s sound waves vibrate at about 100 times per second, your voice sounds deeper and more clear than it actually is (around 150 Hz) on average. So, go take a shower and sing your heart out, also the shower echos the voice making it sound more appealing to the singer.

Now for the last one ‘WHY DO WE BITE OUR NAILS.’ So in really simple text nail biting is associated with anxiety, and the act of chewing on nails relieves stress, tension, or boredom. People who habitually bite their nails do so when they feel nervous, bored, lonely, or even hungry.

How to believe in yourself!

daily-writingHi.

So before i get stated i will give you a run down of what this blog is about. Each post i will pick something to talk about. This post i will be talking about the thing were all told to do. But do we actually know how?

BELIEVE IN YOURSELF

Isn’t what we all say. But how do we do it. Well in this post i’ll be showing you how, how to believe in yourself. It’s quite simple. PRACTICE another of those words that people use and we don’t even know how to do it. But that’s for another post. Anyway back to the matter in hand. Here are some ways you could improve yourself esteem. Step out of your comfort zone. Now how do you do that i hear you ask. Well pick a fear. E.g. Singing in public. Well let’s use that as an example.

First pick a song and learn maybe the first sentence or paragraph and try singing it in your room maybe with headphones. Then when you a bit more confident. Try humming  the song in school (not in lessons you might get in trouble) but in break.

Then with your friend/s start transforming the humming into words if your chosen sentence is E.g. I am not a stranger to the dark Hide away, they say. (Greatest Showman THIS IS ME) Start saying the words as you would in a conversation (but tell your friend/s that your doing this or it would be a bit weird) Then when you get back home you can try singing the words as loud as you fell like it.

You could get a speaker and blast the volume as far as you dare (don’t hurt your ears) and hopefully you can sing along with it and blast your volume to. When you feel comfortable you can try turning the volume down and focus of the quality (which notes you can and can’t reach)  After that you can try putting you self out there by singing to your family or try to get a singing teacher and it’s OK if they don’t agree with it JUST PUT YOURSELF OUT THERE.

Then try singing at break with your friend/s but pick a song they might know and then you COULD have you and your friend/s could start singing. Along the way you might  go “AGGGGG I CAN’T SING” but negative talk holds you back and it won’t help you. So stick to the habit and try saying (as hard as it might be) “I CAN DO THIS” and try smiling when you singing.

Now here is another of those words TRUST YOURSELF. That’s for another post but do.
DO TRUST YOURSELF.
